Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the TourFolder platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These terms apply to all users, including Booking Agents, Suppliers, and any other registered users.

TourFolder is a B2B travel technology platform that connects Booking Agents with hotel Suppliers to facilitate seamless access to global hotel inventory. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Access to live hotel inventory, rates, and availability
• Booking, reservation management, and confirmation tools
• Supplier onboarding, content management, and rate loading
• Reporting, analytics, and financial reconciliation dashboards
• Communication tools between agents and suppliers

TourFolder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You must register for an account to access the Service. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying TourFolder immediately of any unauthorized account access

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent from TourFolder.

Booking Agents registered on TourFolder agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete traveller information for all bookings
• Honor confirmed reservations, amendments, and cancellation policies
• Use the platform solely for legitimate travel business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Not engage in fraudulent bookings, chargebacks abuse, or misrepresentation
• Ensure their clients are informed of all relevant booking terms

Suppliers listed on TourFolder agree to:

• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, availability, and property information at all times
• Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform at the agreed rates
• Comply with applicable hospitality, health, and safety regulations
• Notify TourFolder promptly of any changes to property details or service availability
• Provide professional and timely service to guests arriving via TourFolder bookings

All payments processed through TourFolder are subject to the payment terms agreed upon during account registration:

• Invoices are payable within the agreed credit period (default: 30 days)
• TourFolder reserves the right to suspend accounts with outstanding overdue balances
• Payment disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days of the transaction date
• Late payments may attract interest at the applicable statutory rate

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology on the TourFolder platform are the exclusive property of TourFolder or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission from TourFolder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TourFolder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers or service providers
• Force majeure events beyond TourFolder's reasonable control

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TourFolder in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

TourFolder reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice for:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform or its users

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team.

TourFolder may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in TourFolder's country of registration.
